[DECtalk] Dectalk Access32

email freedom scientific support and see if they'll
help you with getting access32 to work and if they
have to upgrade your authorization keys to support it.
 I think it's a sapi4 synth and I can't get sapi4 to
work on my gateway laptop but access32 works because
of the jaws driver for it I guess.
