[DECtalk] obtaining upgrades to dectalk express

well? I found one there, but I think it is corupted. I can't install it at 
all. it gives me an error of some sort.
a dos 16 error something about a file is trying to write to a hard drive, 
and this won't work, andit gives me a close button
