[DECtalk] dectalk version differences

Hi,

There wasn't much difference, really.  There were a few inflection and 
pronunciation rules changed, but that's all I could find.

I have the demo here and will contact you off-list with it.

I did not see any differences, except that the voice was quicker.  Any 
of you know more differences, and if 4.41 better then 4.3? If so, is 
there any way of getting the demo .  exe of 4.41?
