Hi,
Cakewalk or Sonar would work, later versions of Cakewalk could handle
multi-track audio.  As Tony stated, Cakewalk is now Sonar.  But I think it's
pretty expensive.
Another option for mixing is APH Studio Recorder, which recently added some
mixing functionality.
