[BookFair] Purpose of the list and this message

Hi all,


This is a very low-traffic list to facilitate our communication about 
the upcoming book fair. Any message you send to the list should pertain 
to a question or suggestion which would be useful to all participants. 
If you need information or have an issue which applies only to your 
participation, please send your message to Bonnie and/or me directly. 
Her Internet should be restored October 28. To post to this list, send 
your message to bookfair at bluegrasspals.com and work within the standard 
list guidelines.


At least three people on this list were unable to attend Sunday night's 
meeting. We need to make that information available to you since many 
questions were answered; suggestions were made; and guidelines were 
discussed. Others may choose to revisit the conference prior to our fair 
on November 10.


Due to the necessary power cuts in California, our conference provider 
was unable to process a request to remove the recording, therefore it is 
still available as conference 270. You may access it by dialing 
605-313-5098 and entering access code 363839 pound, then reference 
number 270 pound. An alternative way to listen to the conference is to 
download an MP3 file from the following link:

We hope to post a tentative presentation order before November 4. If 
other questions arise, feel free to contact us. We will have more 
information for you later about exactly what information will accompany 
the recording of the book fair on our website. We will be working on the 
equivalent of a press release which you can use on blogs, social media, 
in book clubs, etc. to promote visits to our website to listen to the 
recording.
