[Blindapple] Running on Apple silicon?

Hi,
I have no idea if MESS will even run on Apple Silicon, since the MESS
project hasn't been a going concern for years. MESS merged into the MAME
project at www.mamedev.org where you can probably find an appropriate
download. I've created a MameApple package a few years ago, but only
have one for Windows. It does things a bit differently, in particular I
think the ROM files are different.
