[Blindapple] I'm trying to download the Apple2E with Echo MESS emulator

Hi.

I am interested in obtaining the emulator package for the Apple 2E
with the Echo Speech Synthesizer. Unfortunately, when I tried to
download it, the download seemed to get stuck while downloading it. I
purposely left my desktop computer on all night last night to see if
it would finish downloading this morning, but to no avail. Does it
normally take a long time to download?

Also, what version of Windows does the emulator run on? I personally
have a desktop PC running Windows 8.1, and I have a laptop PC running
Windows 10. I am a huge fan of the Echo ii. I used to have one.
Unfortunately, I don't have it anymore. I would love to be able to
recreate memories I had using the Echo back when I was growing up with
the emulator.
