[Blindapple] Apple IIGS emulation

That was actually one of the first things I tried that I forgot to 
mention. Unfortunately it didn't work. With both echoii and echoiiplus, 
DOS3.3 and ProDOS floppies load but don't speak, and the EchoTextalkerGS 
hard disk image only beeps a different beep from the system bell, and 
then I get the system bell when I press any key. It's as if the Echo is 
not present, even if I manually specify it on the mame command line.
