Hi,

Yes, to access the folder contents, you do need to have a Dropbox 
account, and Dropbox installed on a computer. Visit Dropbox.com to get 
started. If you get an account, send me your Email address privately and 
I can invite you, then you'll need to accept the invitation. Most people 
have read-only access to the folder in order to prevent accidents, the 
most common of which is trying to copy stuff from a Dropbox folder to 
somewhere else, hitting Ctrl+X instead of Ctrl+C without realizing it, 
and consequently deleting that stuff from the folder not only on your 
computer, but in everyone else's copies as well. If you send me the disk 
images you want included, any descriptive material, and the name you 
want your folder if any to have, I can set that up too.
