[Blindapple] Any other Mac users?

Hi. I am a MAC user, but I've been using the Windows version of the emulator on a Windows-based PC. I will play around with the Mac version and maybe I can help. I do have a question for anyone who may know.
I don't have a Mac keyboard. I use a Windows keyboard with my Mac. It doesn't appear to have an FN key. How can I shut down the emulator? This is the actual reason I haven't played with it on the Mac yet.
