[Blindapple] Manuals?

I for some reason didn't like version 3 and above of textalker. If I got a 
disk back then with textalker3.1.3 I would promptly put 1.3 of that in it's 
place. I noticed both versions of that had quite different speaking styles.

Is it worth talking to APH about getting permission to redistribute later 
versions of Texttalker? I don’t know what the other differences are, but am 
curious if they’d have anything worth upgrading for.
