Hi,
Kyle, this is interesting that you bring up the latest version of Textalker.
My memory could be playing tricks on me, but I swear that there was a
version 3.1.4 for the IIe, but I can't find it anywhere. I've found 3.1.2
and 3.1.3, but nothing later. I know I had and used 3.1.1 for quite a while
because it didn't stop speaking when I pressed a random key. That was
apparently a new feature in 3.1.2, as well as being I think the first
version for ProDOS. Version 3.1.3 started pronouncing punctuation when
entered on the keyboard. Previous versions were silent when pressing dash,
period, etc. As I said, maybe my memory is playing tricks on me, but I
swear there was a 3.1.4 and I remember using it in ProDOS only and writing
Applesoft programs with it. Does anyone have Sensible Speller? Perhaps it
was on that. I also had Prowords which might have shipped it. Other than
those disks, I don't know where I would've got it, so perhaps I'm just
wishing. I remember that I was surprised because it acted a lot like 3.1.3
and I didn't realize that there was a newer version. I'm not talking about
Textalker gs which I've had no luck with so far.
