[Blindapple] changing shutdown keys

Oh yeah, mine may indeed be different, as I modified it from the Mac
version, since it already used SDL, which is what Linux needs. The
relevant excerpt from my file is

# SDL KEYBOARD MAPPING
#
keymap                    0
keymap_file               keymap.dat
uimodekey                 DEL

So this may not work at all in Windows. I can only guess that there is a
similar keymap functionality, but I'm not at all sure how to set or
change it. I guess I should have looked above that setting before I
posted it here hehehe.
