[Blindapple] more on .dsk contributions

Actually it's password access only. By default my ftp doesn't permit guest access. Users must provide a username and password, and those who get an account must also contribute any .dsk images.

  I've set up a folder called apple2e on my ftp server, and a disk library folder within where anyone who has .dsk files can upload, and there's no cap, and it's password protected. can upload
