[Blindapple] Great Escape replacement disk

A quick look at the disk you attached indicates that it is indeed very
similar to egames.dsk. Since I fixed the problem line on my copy of The
Great Escape, these may be identical disks but I'm thinking it's
possible there may be fixes in some of the other programs as well.
