If you want "talking disks" all you need is some copy of Textalker. If you're
actually running them on the Apple you don't need the rom information. Keep in
mind that much software won't talk on its own and you have to do anything from
slight to complex programming to get speech up and running. The most common is
a change at $0800-0960 range to change an assembler jmp $fe89 to a jmp $ffff.
