Hi again, just a warning to anyone who unzips the tzedit file 
referenced by Jayson.  First, it has built-in directories so your 
program will end up in tools\reskit\config instead of the current 
folder/directory.  Second, this is apparently from Microsoft so there 
might be legal issues involved, use at your own risk.  I don't think 
there are but there might be.
