[Blindapple] Doubletalk question

Hi,
I just got a Doubletalk for Christmas.  I have a few questions.
1.  I got a bad disk!  A few blocks on the disk are bad.  I think it's in
one of the LPC vocabulary files.  Does anybody have a copy of the utilities
disk, and can you image it?  It's no big deal but I'd like to have a
complete copy.
2.  BEX isn't recognizing the Doubletalk as either an Echo or a Slotbuster.
I'm getting no speech.  At least on my GS with BEX 3.1.  How do you get BEX
to recognize it?
