Actually, I don't think even a 2C would work.  From what I understand, even
with the Cricket, what is sent out the serial port is control signals for
the synthesizer, not strait Ascii text.  If strait Ascii text were sent,
there'd be no reason to load all of the big Textalker program into the
language card.
