    I'm not entirely sure what you mean by the way but what you do is
    you create track 1, press i, tab to add new send and press cursor
    down til you find the track you want to send to and press enter.
    Then you treat the tracks as normal, remembering that, in certain
    circumstances, audio may seem twice as loud because two copies of it
    will be going to the master track, <br>

          Simply add the effect to track one, send track one to track
          two then pan track two around as desired. <br>

          You could also send the dry audio to track 2 and add the
          effect there with the wet dry mix set to 100% wet. You could
          then pan track 2 around as desired. That's the way I'd do it
