    In the past I have used Sonar with Jaws, but since the Jaws scripts

    haven't been supported in a long time and they are having some

    issues with later versions of Jaws, I am trying to make the

    transition to reaper. Inconsistencies like being only able to make

    one split then when trying to split a different item, I am told no

    items added have frustrated me. Has anyone else seen this issue and

    know a workaround or what I may be doing wrong. Before trying to

    make the split, I am making sure the track I want to make the split

    on is the last touched track. <br>

    Secondly, is it possible to get reaper to record in stereo? If I

    connect the line out from my electronic drum kit to the line in on

    my sound card, Sonar records in stereo, but reaper only records in

    mono, which isn't what I want. I have looked in the I/O dialog for

    the last touched track by pressing the letter I and it shows that

    the track is set to two channels, but I am not really sure what I

    should be looking for? Does any one have any hints or suggestions

    for this one?<br>
