Doing that in screen review works for me. As for why REAPER can't
help, REAPER doesn't implement the applications key correctly
anywhere, even though this is supposed ot be standard behaviour.
I'll try to hack around it in OSARA if I can ever clear the rest of
this stuff off my backlog.<br>

screen, as many modern screens are. Unfortunately, the
Windows list view control has a broken accessibility
implementation and provides the wrong coordinates on high
DPI systems when the application isn't DPI aware (which
REAPER isn't). I believe I know of a way I can hack around
this; but it's pretty tricky.</div>

screen review to find the MIDI input you want and route the
mouse there. Screen review should get the coordinates right,
since we're relying on our code and not stupid buggy
Microsoft code. :)<br>
