VielKlang Instant Harmonizer, but good freaking luck figurring it out.
Don't know about Reaper, but at least with ProTools, after I installed it, I
couldn't find the stupid thing anywhere in my DAW. Maybe you'll have
better luck though with Reaper. It's worth a
