First of all, do you need to use anything that explicitly requires
32-bit reaper, I.E. old DirectX plugins? If not, then just use the
64-bit version of Reaper. I still use some plugins that won't run
on a 64-bit host, so I use the 32-bit version, even on Windows 7
64.
<div><br>
<div>
<div>Yes, you can technically use the latest version of Reaper
with the current version of ReaAccess, with some caveats
that don't exist with 3.x versions, mainly related to the
track view and some context menus.</div>

<div>Let me guess. You are running a 64-bit operating
system, and you installed the 32-bit version of Reaper
v3.78?</div>
<div>The ReaAccess installer doesn't take into account
that you might actually want to use that
configuration, and thus, won't install unless you use
the 64-bit Reaper, then run the installer again.</div>
<div>There is a work-around for this, which involves
manually copying a few files and importing the
ReaAccess keymap, if you don't already have the 64-bit
Reaper+ReaAccess installed.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>As for ReaAccess 2, that was supposed to happen
three years ago, and it's creator seems to have jumped
off the edge of the flat world, providing no source
code for anyone to play with, so the current version
(1.30) is the latest that exists, until another
solution comes along.</div>
