CTRL+J (or CMD+J on Mac)</div><div style="margin: 0px;">Where you jump to will depend on the format</div><div style="margin: 0px;">you enter. 36. (36 followed by a period or full stop) will move you to</div><div style="margin: 0px;">bar 36 beat 1. 36.3 will get you to bar 36, beat 3. 36.4.25 will get</div><div style="margin: 0px;">you to exactly a quarter way through bar 36, beat 4 (the 25 being a</div><div style="margin: 0px;">percentage). Alternatively, if you enter 36: (36 followed by a colon),</div><div style="margin: 0px;">that'd dump you at 36 minutes. 36:3 would get you to 36 mins 3 secs.</div><div style="margin: 0px;">Tbh, I'm not sure what our other example of 36:4:25 would do and I'm</div><div style="margin: 0px;">not in front of Reaper to try it, but my guess would be something to</div><div style="margin: 0px;">do with MS.</div><div style="margin: 0px; min-height: 14px;"><br></div><div style="margin: 0px; min-height: 14px;">Regarding your 6/8 issue:</div><div style="margin: 0px; min-height: 14px;">Try selecting everything in the project with CTRL+A,</div><div style="margin: 0px; min-height: 14px;">Then go into project settings with ALT+Enter.</div><div style="margin: 0px; min-height: 14px;">Under the Project setting Tab, you can enter 6/8 as the time and then Navigate to OK and press enter to save your settings.</div><div style="margin: 0px; min-height: 14px;"><br></div><div style="margin: 0px; min-height: 14px;">If the above doesn’t work then you may need to create a new project,</div><div style="margin: 0px; min-height: 14px;">Go Into Project settings with ALT+Enter.</div><div style="margin: 0px; min-height: 14px;">Change the Time Signature to 6/8, Tab to ok and press enter to save settings.</div><div style="margin: 0px; min-height: 14px;">Then Import your midi.</div><div style="margin: 0px; min-height: 14px;"><br></div><div style="margin: 0px; min-height: 14px;">If Neither of the above works then your midi data probably has a time signature marker that its importing with it.
