in Win7 64 with Reaper 64?

Thanks, Scott.
I can't give up Waves Diamond and other
classic 32 bit plug bundles, and
I sure can't afford to buy all new 64 bit
versions.
The I7 computer was a totally stable beast until this accident
where
something unaccountable behind my desk tore a 3.5mm audio cable
right
out of the jack, shorting out the jack and breaking the cable, which
cause all kinds of chaos among any program associated with
speech.

Windows 7 64 doesn't care if you plug or unplug any audio
cable, like my
XP seems to.
That makes me think the increased stability
of Windows 7 64 might be
worth the hassle of dealing with using old 32 bit
plugs.
Think I'll also add another drive just for plugs and associated
data,
with the operating system on its own drive.
I got along fine with
a single drive before; didn't think I needed more
speed in processing, but
now I believe a multi-drive system might also
be more stable, and protect
data from operating system issues.
Thanks,
Indi

On 12/22/2013
