have a key assigned and that's wheird... but anyways In reaper 4
ctrl+shift+I works for me, I see the same dialog for the i/o access
that appears in reaper 3.78...<br>

I want to route channels 1/2 of master track to channels 17/18 of

channel 1/2 went to 13/14, and channels 3/4 went to 15/16, but
without being able to get to the master track on-screen, I
couldn't add a second hardware output to master track. Once there,
I'm sure I could have accessed it using the ReaAccess master track
I/O dialogue. <br>
