using the Quantize Dialog BOX, I seem to be getting no results.</DIV>

<DIV>Trak is Selected and Touched.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Item is Selected.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>In the Quantize Dialog Box Parameters are set and Process Button
Clicked.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>In the MIDI Access Editor none of the MIDI Events have changed.</DIV>
