keep your older versions handy. Often, they just work better. But,
not in all ways.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Any of you who might be trying to use an older jaws
with reaper may have run into what has been annoying me lately, where jaws 10
doesn't speak all of the items in the action list. It speaks those that
have hot keys attached, but, not the ones that don't.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Anyway, I have scripted a simple work-around for
that that seems to work pretty well. Plus, the scripts have a few other
half-baked things that sometimes work, like brailling the cursor time and level
meters. And, I think there were some things that tried to help with
adjusting either end of a time selection. I can't actually
remember.</FONT></DIV>
