From the track view, simply use the following commands to get to the
menu bar with NVDA:<br>
Insert+Numpad 8<br>
Insert+Numpad 4<br>
Insert+Numpad 2<br>
You should be focused on the file menu; to select another menu,
press Insert+Numpad 6 and 4 to move right and left along the menu
bar respectively. To open a menu press insert+Numpad Slash to move
the mouse to it, then Numpad Slash to drop down the menu.<br>

here, where abouts on the screen am I likely to find copy to try that
method next? Of course, if you can find a foolproof way of fixing it

option is still unchecked.
When I roled back to the default ReaAccess keymap, my menus worked
again straight away.
Any idea what's going wrong here?

Thanks for mentioning this. I also have this problem, sometimes. It's
because of a docker window I guess, which seems to be open. Just try to
press alt+d, perhaps this helps. If it doesn't, I'll try to fix it and
post a new version to this list.
When I can't use my alt-key, I can click the window with my mouse. Just
mover your mouse untill it says "copy". This only works with Nvda,
probably. I use this screenreader a lot, because I have to work with a
mouse, because I use a lot vsti's which are not 100% accessible, to call
it that way.
