[Rwp] fx doesn't take effect

You say:

First, I create a new track named compressor, then I right click and 
choose track fx chain,

That is the wrong part because that option says track input fx chain, 
meaning that the fx gets added to the input, not the output of the 
track. What you have to do instead is select the track and press f, taht 
will bring up the correct dialogue.
