Ok, just using reaper 5.16 right now. I'll get an update.
But yes, it speaks when the control gains focus, just not when you use the
arrow keys.
The value does change. And, the static box next door updates just fine, so
I can fix this for older reapers. Now, just to make sure I dont' double
speak for newer ones.
