[Rwp] Unable to create multiple sends at once

If you go to the bottom of the receives combo in the routing dialogue, 
it will auto-generate receives to all other tracks.
You can also do this with track folders.
that sort of routing isn't quite as flexible as using sends, but it 
works lilke a sub mix where all the tracks in the folder will be 
affected by the fx on the top track in the folder.
So if you make a send from your root folder track, and send it to an fx 
bus, all the tracks assigned to the folder will get the fx amount of the 
send.
