[Rwp] Unable to create multiple sends at once

The Reaper users' guide says one can select multiple tracks, then access 
the route for one of them, then create a send to an FX bus, and the FX 
would be aplied to all of selected tracks. But here I selected multiple 
tracks, then pressed i on one of them to access its route, then create a 
send to the FX bus, but it creates only one receive on the bus, 
corresponding to the track I'm focused, despite multiple tracks being 
selected. How can I create a send and make it generate multiple receives 
on the FX bus?
