First try turning off or disconnecting your audio interface and restart reaper if it starts normally then they can quit reaper plug in or turn back on their audio interface/soundcard again and then relaunch reaper. If this doesn’t work go into accplications folder and trash reaper. Then press command+shift+G and type in this file path ~/Library/Application Support/reaper and press return. Trash that reaper folder as well. Redownload the latest version of reaper and reinstall it and run it and to be on the safe side keep your audio interface/soundcard turned off/unplugged when you launch it the first time.
