[Rwp] Early OSARA Mac builds

Hi all,

You can now download an early build of OSARA for Mac from the OSARA 
Snapshots page:
http://www.nvaccess.org/files/osara/snapshots.html
Please see the installation instructions in the readme on GitHub:
https://github.com/nvaccess/osara

Note that this is still very much experimental and is not yet fully 
functional. Notably, none of the OSARA GUI is available yet; i.e. the 
parameters, Peak Watcher and OSARA Configuration dialogs.
