[Rwp] Scrubbing and nudging items

Using your number pad with numlock on gives you all sorts of nudging 
options as well.

1 and 3 4 and 6 7 and 9 also used with control and alt keys will grow 
edges to overlap audio when ;smoothing out difficult spots when you have 
clicks and pops.
