[Rwp] Metronome volumes and pattern

Hi list,

Sliders work here too. Latest reaper, osara and NVDA. With jaws there's 
an interesting thing going on

When I move a slider it moves, but it doesn't read the value as it 
changes, but if I tab and shiftTab back I get the new value spoken.
