[Rwp] Metronome volumes and pattern

I haven't filled in the questions because both sliders function as
expected here, but have noticed something that I wouldn't have
expected. When the metronome and prerole settings dialog loads, NVDA
2016.1 automatically speaks info pertaining to the sliders some people
are having trouble with, as well as a hint on how to use the beat
pattern combobox before it reads the actual control that has focus. I
wondered whether that might shed any light on a bug in how Cockos have
worked their magic?
