[Rwp] Metronome volumes and pattern

My answers are the same as Chris's.  By doing some chasing around with 
the mouse I determined that the slider on my installation is horizontal 
and my daughter confirmed.  I wonder if that can be switched to vertical 
and whether it would make any difference.  So far can't find a relevant 
setting.
