[Rwp] Metronome volumes and pattern

I'm still very confused about why these sliders work fine for me with 
the keyboard and just about no one else. I've just sent an email to 
Cockos asking if they have any ideas.

I also discovered that whether or not the alt key activates the menu bar 
depends on where the mouse is on the screen. If the mouse is up near the 
menu bar, pressing alt won't bring up the menu bar. If you move the 
mouse somewhere else (e.g. the track view), it works fine. I've asked 
Cockos about this one as well.
