[Rwp] Metronome volumes and pattern

In NVDA it is shift+numpad slash, same to release. In Jaws it's 
insert+numpad slash, if I recall well. Don't forget to first move the 
mouse pointer to the object with focus that's the slider. In NVDA the 
command for this is insert+numpad slash.
