[Rwp] How to play time selection?

Hi Cleverson,

I get this to happen by setting up a few check boxes in Preferences.

1. In Playback, check "Stop playback at end of loop if repeat is disabled".
2. In Editing Behavior, check "Link loop points to time selection".
3. Also in Editing behavior, you might want to check "Move edit cursor
to start of time selection on time selection change".

If anyone knows of an easier way to achieve this behaviour, or an
action we can bind, please shout.
