I just spoke to the developer. He indicated that it is hard to make it
accessible outside of the box because the GUI is a custom GUI. However, he
is willing to expose more of the GUI so that auto hot script can grab them.
He promised to do so within a few weeks.

You know, I downloaded that thing years ago when we were getting started
with accessibility, the guy was even on list
but it looked like I could do more with sfz then.
Sounds like I need to revisit this tool.
