[Rwp] a more iffitiont way of time stretching with reaper?

there is an action callled fit items to time selection, stretching if
needed. Bind it to any key you wish. Depending on what you are working
or how you are working in reaper, this might be more efficient but it
would be better to know what you are doing, for example. "hi, I have 4
bars but have something that lasts for only two. How can I make it
last foor 4 bars at half the speed instead of two?" Something a little
more specific will help us answer better what is it that you exactly
need, instead of me spitting vague and generic answers to things like
this, which just generate more and more list trafic.
