[Rwp] a more iffitiont way of time stretching with reaper?

hi guys, i’m running reaper with osara and nvda. 

So far I’ve been using the item propitys dialogue to time stretch audio, I don't find this way of working to be iffitiont. 

So my question to you all is, is there a more iffitiont way of time stretching audio either in reaper its self or using a vst?
