[Rwp] multiple mixers

Anything with an ASIO driver will show everything up in reaper at once.
I haven't done lots of experimenting with multiple sound cards at once 
in reaper, not in the same reaper session, I have run multiple instances 
of reaper each with it's own sound card on the same box before though 
'grin'.
I thought I had some success making a composit device in wasapi mode 
with two USB devices, but alas, it didn't work when I tried to make it 
work the second time.
