[Rwp] with w10finally solved my ASIO issues

It was the network adapter.
When the cable is unplugged,
or I'm running wirelessly, no problems.
But when that counfounded cable is in, I get little glitches in audio 
with reaper in ASIO mode.
The steinberg ur22 is the most sensitive to this, but it just goes to 
show how sensitive DAW's can be,
and they really do need to be isolated from the outside world and other 
un-necessary devices.
