[Rwp] Recording a voiceover and inserting pauses in between sentences

For the keyboard noise, gate it. If there's unnaturalness in your
voice, such as an intake of breath sounding chopped off or strange,
the gate won't work, and you'll need to snip out the keyboard noises
manually.
