[Rwp] Item pan and volume

Hi Germano

As long as you installed the Xenakios/SWS plugin, alt-s will allow you 
to adjust volume and pan of individual items.  You get edit fields for 
both with no indication of current level/pan but it works well.  To pan 
left put a minus sign before the value.
